Low Impact MAT Pilates.
Low impact Pilates is crucial for strengthening mind body connection, lengthening and toning the body, injury prevention, and decreasing our body’s stress levels. In these classes we combine elements of traditional mat Pilates and sculpt while keeping it low impact and easy on the joints.
Cardio Pilates Sculpt.
On days when you need a good sweat, Cardio Pilates Sculpt is here for you. In these classes we combine HIIT intervals with traditional mat Pilates and sculpt using tools such as a band, light hand weights, and ankle weights.
HIIT + Strength.
HIIT + Strength classes are performed circuit style and programmed to build strength while elevating the heart rate with my favorite feel good cardio moves. We use slightly heavier weights in these classes and get in an amazing sweat.
